Fantastic head spa! It’s very relaxing, clean, and peaceful. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive. We did the “love me more” package and we appreciated the extra massage with the package. This is probably the best head spa I’ve been to in Dallas - it’s cleaner, more thorough, and more relaxing. Young-Hee provided the service and she was excellent. Very thorough and great pressure with her massage. Highly recommend.

Srey Was my technician! me and my friend came here and I’m gonna tell you it was amazing. I think I went to heaven and came back. It was the best I ever experienced in my life. You have to come here. They also have a membership that will save you 50% off so you have to ask him about it. I’m going to buy it. It is worth every penny we all need to get pampered invest in our health in our beauty.

This was my first time visiting the Plano branch of Aoki Head Spa, I have been to their McKinney branch twice. As always, my experience was phenomenal! Ji and Caitlin did a great job right from the moment I stepped in. I got the "Special Me" package which includes the head spa and facial. All the processes were done with attention to detail. I will definitely come back soon!

I recently visited Aoki Head Spa & Skin, and I was genuinely impressed. The space is clean, calming, and beautifully decorated — it instantly puts you in a relaxed mood as soon as you walk in. The staff were very gentle, professional, and attentive throughout the entire service. The head spa treatment was incredibly soothing, and I loved how detailed and mindful they were with every step. My scalp felt refreshed, my tension was gone, and I walked out feeling lighter and re-energized. If you’re looking for a peaceful, high-quality head spa experience in the Plano area, I definitely recommend this place. I’ll be coming back for sure.

I recently visited Aoki Head Spa in Plano for their Japanese head spa treatment, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the scent of the essential oils they used was incredibly calming. The team took their time to thoroughly cleanse my scalp and walked me through every detail about my hair and scalp health, which I truly appreciated. In addition to the deep scalp cleanse, I received a wonderful head and shoulder massage that left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. They also applied a blend of nutrients and vitamins tailored to what my hair and scalp needed most. After just one session, I felt a noticeable improvement my scalp felt healthier, and my hair looked and felt significantly better. A special thank you to Serey, who provided outstanding care and made the entire experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place that genuinely focuses on scalp health and relaxation, I highly recommend Aoki Head Spa. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

One of the best facials I’ve had. I left with my skin glowing and noticed an immediate improvement in the texture I was experiencing. I really appreciated the use of technology to identify current and potential problem areas—it felt thoughtful and thorough. Katie was wonderful: kind, patient, and very gentle, and she explained everything clearly throughout the entire process. This was an excellent first-time experience at Aoki Head Spa and Skin, and the complimentary tea was a lovely touch.

Jihee and Stella, at the Plano spa gave me the best experience ever! So relaxing and refreshing! I had a Korean Glass facial and Scalp treatment . I dozed off in a pleasant way as they performed their magic! And the end result is phenomenal! My skin is so soft, clear and youthful! I also loved the scalp treatment and blow out styling! My head and hair are so clean and smooth! I highly recommend this spa, and all the services! The spa is so clean and beautiful. A very good place for a regular visit. This should be the routine of everyone! You will leave looking and feeling younger, relaxed and confident!

Today I had my very first head spa treatment, and wow what an experience! My tech, Karina, was amazing. She was so sweet, knowledgeable, and really took her time with everything. I’ll be honest… I had no idea what a head spa really was, and the scalp analysis had me a little embarrassed at first 😂 but the before and after truly speak for themselves. I was shocked in the best way! This is nothing like a regular salon wash. They go above and beyond. deep cleansing, detoxing, treating your scalp, and even a relaxing little shoulder massage. You’re getting way more than just a wash and dry. My scalp has never felt this clean. Before: Didn’t realize how much buildup I had until the analysis… After: One session later my scalp looks healthy, clean, and completely refreshed! This is officially a must for my self-care routine. Highly recommend!
